I typically use the same load as I would for a 62 FMJ. Just use the start charge, and don’t try and load hot.

TAC is a good powder, careful about leaving them in the sun, the powder isn’t particularly temp stable and it does scary things when it gets hot.
Honestly CFE 223 is a pretty decent powder for .223
