Min oal question

I loaded a 9mm 115gn extreme round nose bullet with 6.5gn of powder it show min oal 1.100 I seated them a little under that will I be ok as far as pressure

I load 115 Xtremes at 1.100 for my 9mms using 4 grs of titegroup. As Jay said how much is a little under ? And what powder are you using?
