I got one of those little Frank Arsenal digital scales because they had really good reviews and most people liked them for a cheap digital scale. Right from the get go I never had good luck with it. It has no repeatability... I would weigh a 115 gr 9mm bullet and get like 114.5gr. Then pick it up; let the scale clear; and then weigh it again and get like 115.8 gr and do that over and over and get a different weight every time. I tried it with others things and could never get the same weight twice from the same item. I shelved it and got a beam scale.
I have sense bought a RCBS Chargemaster Lite and have checked a couple hundred throws from it against my beam scale and it is very good, so in my mind with Digital Scales, you either get really lucky or you get what you pay for.
