Spot On like JBM Calculations is a "info in . . info out" type of deal.
The people that I have heard complain about either did not enter the right info. ESPECIALLY - - -> scope height above bore line,mv,and bullet B.D.C. for the longer shots.
My scopes nowadays are 80% Leupold. A few Nikon, one Sheppard, and several Zeiss Terra. BTW . . . the Leupold VX-R series are a great scope. I have two of them, both with the CDS feature. Super for low light. --- SAWMAN

Retail is usually $399 on the M-Tactical MOA/MARD 3-12x42 scope so anything less is a good deal. This scope was on sale not to long ago for that price so hopefully, they will still honor it. Remember it's a 30mm tube so you'll need 30mm rings. Check out Nikon's BLACK Series of rings, solid and reliable.

The only problem I see with that scope is that it is Big and heavy. It is going to dwarf your compact lightweight yeti. I have a similar sized scope on my 22” heavy barreled Grendel, and sometimes feel like it is too big for that.

I get where you’re coming from but I believe it’s only 20oz or so? Doesn’t seem overly heavy to me but for the most part I’ll be at a bench with it testing loads until I have her dialed in. I’d like to eventually hunt with it but that won’t be for a while

I have gotten some great deals from Cameraland NY. Doug is a good guy and they have some awesome open box and demo deals. I grabbed a sweet Minox from him on the cheap because it was a demo. They have a lot of different varieties to choose from too. I really like Hawke scopes. They started out making scopes for springer air rifles, so they literally take a beating. A buddy turned me on to them. He has one on his .338 LM and told me he has 2K rounds through it and has no issues.
