Wife got hers with my 25-45 Sharps shooting an 87 grain Sierra over some H322. I got mine using a 45-70 with 350 grain Speer Flat Points over IMR 4198. I also got a doe with the 25-45. I’m pretty impressed with that little round! Next up is the 250 Savage followed by 300 BLK with Nosler Subsonic Ballistic Tips.

I had a 45-70 barrel for my Pro Hunter. Killed several of the small NW Fla deer with it but decided it was a severe overkill. Now I kill most of my deer with a 223Rem or a 300BLK.
