Hello I have some 223 with A. USA headstamp and 1 out of 5 will not pass the chamber gauge

I sized and waged about 1000 rds and only those with the A USA headstamp

Run them through the die again and see if that works. Make sure the die is clean

Did that and it look
Like it stopped about an 1/8 inch short of the rim

Make sure you die touches the she'll plate so it resizes the whole case
