    buffer tube

Im using a regular mil spec buffer spring for my ar15. I bought a 6.5 grendel upper to put on it. It works great but should i buy a stiffer buffer spring or leave it alone? Right now I'm shooting factory ammo but will be switching to handloads before long.

If your gonna HandLoad I don’t know if I would change anything since you can fine tune your gas out put

A few months ago I had a long talk with my gunsmith about mine. He said standard spring was fine.

After adding an adjustable gas block to an AR I dont think I would ever not put one on a new build.. working on changing out my old non-adjustables.

I have built a couple ARs would not consider not having a adjustable gas block on them, it makes a world of difference.
