I've been reloading for a few years now and wondered if anyone else has issues around ambient temperature when sizing.
I'm trying to deprime and size some nickle .223 brass I picked up from Wes and use my own lube formula of Liquid Heet and Lanolin.
I haven't had any issues in the past but recently, due to the heatwave, I've had numerous suck cases. So far I've had to scrap over 50 cases that got stuck.
Nothing has changed and I'm using the same lube as before.
However when I rub the cases by hand with Unique Case Lube, it runs fine.
Do you think trying to size 90 degree heat in my garage could be the issue?
