How do everybody store their handguns? I'm building a gun cabinet and looking for ideas. I'm not really sold on the idea of putting a rod in the barrel and having them that way. I would like to use the same mount/stand for all my guns, .22, 9mm,.44 mag, 45 acp. Any suggestions or pics?
These are coated with a rubber and have a cap on the end to prevent scratching. I have had no issues with these at all.

Here is a link the the hanger that I have. In the picture that is my GP100 357 mag 6 inch. I do have my Super Blackhawk 7 1/2" hanging from these as well.

I hang my Ruger Single Six .22 all the way up to my 44 mag with no issues.
