H4350. It is a good powder for the 06.

H4350 has given me great results and I also had good results with the SW4350.

If you can you might try both. I'm not sure how Benchmark is but H4350 seems like it can be hard to come by because it is so popular. If Benchmark is also hard to come by then maybe another popular one like IMR4064 or 4350.
