What Magazines seem to be the most reliable? Been using magpul but looking at picking up a few others.

I’m curious. If Magpul works why change?

    What AR-10 do you have?

Unlike the AR-15, AR-10’s are kind of too each their own. Not every AR-10 Mag will work in your rifle. It’s pretty common that brand x will not work with brand y.

If you can use Magpul mags you’re ahead of the competition.

I absolutely love the MagPul mags.
Light, sturdy, easy to disassemble/assemble for PM's,super easy to load and ESPECIALLY unload without leaving scratch marks on the brass.
Have them in 10 and 20 shot for my 308AR's and 10 and 20 shot for my 223/5.56 sized AR's. Also use their "-5" inserts for hunting.
Great mags. Wish they made them for my 6.8's. ---- SAWMAN
ADDED: My 308 AR's are DPMS

Why just dance when you can "rock and roll".

My understanding is that there are 2 types of magazines. AR-10 magazines, which are exclusive to Armalite AR-10’s, and SR25 magazines that fit all the rest. The magpuls are of the SR25 variety. I myself have an armalite, and am cursed to just use their magazines.

Not sure, the manufacturer should be able to tell you. Before Magpul made AR 10 mags and help to standardize the market, it was a crab shoot.

The LR308 can use the magpul and all the other SR25 pattern magazines.

I don’t have one, I just know in the past sellers like to keyword spam the auctions.....

It might come into play as I finish my 45 Raptor....
