Hey, does anyone have any leads on DIYing a hog hunt on public land and/or land owners allowing people on their land to hunt hogs? I've tried searching for information and I keep finding the guides hunting packages.

I totally understand landowner rights, and their point of view of getting every ounce of financial gain out of their land. However, if they are charging a big "trespass fee", I feel that their hog problem is not a problem.

I'm married into a Ranch Family, so I am well versed in gate protocol and respect the land and opportunity to be able to hunt on private land like it is my own land. I can scare up some references from landowners up here in Montana if needed.
