    It does. I even got some solution from a jewler and clean my wife's jewelry. The options are about endless on stuff you can clean.

    I have that identical sonic cleaner and use the lyman solution for brass.
    Mostly I've decided it's not worth the hassle: run through several cycles, rinse, cook or air dry.
    Tumble with walnut does a good enough job all on its own.
    What the sonic is great at is cleaning AR bolt carrier groups.
    I use warm water with a bit of non foaming dish washer soap added. Cleans the bcg down to bare metal.
    Flush with hot water, oven dry, then lightly oil and good as new.
