I’ve seen this floating around. Suppose to use a poly case. Not sure how that would work in a closed bolt action like the current M4. Those chambers get hot!
Seems like every other week the military says they are going to move to a new round. Always seems to stall out, likely because NATO uses 5.56, it extremely expensive to switch over everything to a new round, and usually the new rounds don’t really offer much extra to justify the costs.
Reloading...it’s like knitting for men.
