What is bench rest powder? Are you talking about IMR8208XBR?

Perhaps the OP means "Benchmark" powder by Hodgdon?

Just a typo, they happen A LOT.
Hopefully one of our grendel guys will chime in with powder brands for it here soon.
My Hornady Book shows it as an option in 95gr to 123gr bullet weights

I’ve never personally used it, but have definitely read of people using it with good results. Hogdgon also has data for it up to 123gr.

I have used it and it is my go to powder for my Grendel with 25grs 130JLKs IM hornady brass, ad wolf SRM, not showing pressure signs and am at about 2300 out of a 18" bbl so you should be good with lighter bullets. 107 SMK work well with it. The 123's CC and it did not do well out of my gun nor did NCC and 8208XBR at 28.5GR.

Barnes has load data here, https://www.barnesbullets.com/files/...ndelForWeb.pdf
Benchmark gave me pressure signs early in the load development. I actually tried a slew of powders and all of the faster burning ones showed pressure in my gun. I have gotten very, very good velocity with Leverevolution, but have not had time to do actual accuracy testing. CFE 223 also shows promise in the velocity department. So far, AA2502 has been best for accuracy, again, I haven't finished accuracy testing. I've done the ladder test with 100, 120 and 123 gr pills with 2802, 2520, Benchmark, 4320, Varget, PPV, PP2K, IMR 4198, H4350, H335 and a couple I can't think of right now. My barrel has a long throat so the closest I can get to the lands is about .035, which could have something to do with the lower pressure on slow burning powder, don't know.
