Yeah, I would agree. It’s an expensive endeavor to produce a reloading Manuel. Each load has to be tested in SAAMI pressure barrels, if following the SAAMI procedure it’s can be close to $5k in equipment per caliber.

Then all the man power, brass, bullets, powder. It’s a major undertaking. Then once you publish the book, it’s almost immediately out of date. New powders, wildcats, bullets, ect.

Online publishing is the economical way to go by far.

With that said, I am sure most people would agree, the dead tree version has a certain satisfaction that the online data doesn’t. I have several, one of my favorites is the Cast Bullet handbook put out by Lyman. It’s a must have for bullet casters and cheap skates ;-)
