I would discourage the use of electronic data simply because of security such as hard drive crashing, viruses, etc. I use an Ammo logbook that I made myself. I would annotate: the type of brass, head stamps, times fired, trim length, batch number. Finally, the lot number of the powder, price paid then of course the load data for various bullet weights marked for a specific firearm. In my case I have several AR10s (4each 308) and use the last two numbers of the serial number to be very specific.
