What kind of brass is everyone using for precision 223 AR stuff? Finding Lake city to be pretty inconsistent. Would I be better suited going with starline or Lapua?

I've had tremendous success using PMC for my precision loads. I usually get alot of it in batches of mixed brass. LC for plinking, PMC and Norma for precision and hodgepodge mix for plinking loads for my buddies that like to mag dump

Norma brass. Got it on sale from powder valley.

I have Lapua, Norma and an absolute metric @$$ load of lake city "premium" I got on sale from Wes a long while back.
The Lapua and Norma are obviously better, but I happen to really enjoy brass prep and sorting. I set a movie or netflix show going and just get about the business of perfect brass.
I honestly think you can make the LC work, with careful prep and sorting I have gotten extremely consistent reloads using 69 and 77gr SMK.
It's a lot of time investment though and you may not find it worth the trouble, but winter is coming up and its going to get cold any way :-)
