Which is what I usually do, but with a shiver of dread every time. (Yes, my dread comes from that time my thumb slipped off the hammer during this operation. I'll tell you that story later.)
So, my question is, can a good gunsmith add a decocking lever like on the Beretta M9? I have even seen a CZ-75 with one. I think it was the 75p maybe? If so, what would that cost?
I would love to be able to carry my baby more often without sweating that moment when I put my booger hook on the bang switch without being ready to fire. :-)
