Anyone see email that cmp, has m1 grarand chambered in original 30-06 and now redone in .308. Since originally a 30-06 i believe only been wrong before. Wouldn't rechamber in .308 drop value of it. Think all redone like 1200-1300 bucks. Why rechamber .308 it cheaper to shoot then 30-06

If I'm going to buy one, I want it as original as it can be. I collect a lot of militaria and want it all to be as true as it can be.
