    Not just indy. In texas years back, guy breaking into a home fell through home owner sky light. Burgular sued homeowners insurance because cut his artery. And won. Crooks have more rights then legal people seems

    1- That is an urban legend derived from another story.

    2- The original incident occurred in California.

    3- Even in liberal Calfiornia, if that were to happen today, Civil Code fn. 1 section 3333.3 would prevent such a lawsuit.
