Well, it's still in debate, but the way it seems is that they must be in a secure container, new laws coming out all the time (welcome to the "left" coast) Also has graduated fines depending on how the stolen gun is used after it's stolen from an unsecured location. ($10K if it's used in a felony) and they think the courts are jammed up now. I'm starting to consider a cabin in the mountains off the grid, surrounded by a minefield.Originally Posted by golfer8866
