Can anyone tell me why my seating die is seating the bullets crooked? And some of them are tearing up the copper coating. Some come out perfect and others not. It's getting annoying lol. I have never had any issues with other brands.

Make sure you are using the correct seating stem. My RCBS 9mm dies came with a flat stem and a concave stem. Flat point or round nose bullets.
Load as much as possible and shoot as much as possible.

How much bell/expansion are you putting on the case mouth? I put barely enough to let the bullet start.

Check to see if there is anything in the seating stem to make the bullet seat weird. Past that I have no idea.

Sounds like the die body might possibly be starting to crimp before the bullet is seated also.

Good point. I use a Lee Factory Crimp Die so my RCBS never does that part. Be fore buying the LFC die I would crush cases preforming both steps at the same time.
