Xtreme HP vs RN?

They are not an expanding HP. It is more for accuracy and weight dispersion.
They are more accurate then standard RN though in most cases.
It is just the design of the HP and the depth of them that doesn't allow them to expand

Curious to know why these aren’t designed for carry ammo?? Thought HP’s were good?
