Thank goodness I have a local dealer who's a competitive shooter and Hunter. He keeps more powder and primers in stock than Powder Valley! I also get excellent pricing as opposed to online stuff because he keeps everything possible in stock and I only buy from him. After talking with him a bit, he told me he keeps so much at all times because he loves the shooting sports and wants to help others keep it alive. Picked up an 8lb jug of AR Comp for $180+ tax the other day. I think they were on PV for around the same price plus shipping and hazmat. Really hard to beat that. I'm sure I got it a lil better priced because I'm in there quite regularly getting stuff for me and a couple shooting buddies.

I tend to get powder from either Bass Pro or Cabelas. My local gun stores don't carry a big selection, and my local Cabelas has really stepped it up in powder selection over the past 5 or so years. I hate paying the marked up price, but as was mentioned above, unless you're buying a large quantity, when you tack on shipping and haz-mat, the price is roughly the same, or at least within relative reason.
