I’m using Lapua brass. This is the second time reloading them neck sizing only. My brass almost didn’t grow at all after I FL sized when I first bought them it was awesome

I use lapua for my 168gr matchking load. For the 200 eldx I’m going to use lake city LR 12 brass.

Lol. It’s supposed to be decent brass, better than the standard lake city. I’ve got a bunch of it that I got from Wes. So I’m just curious to see what I can do with it.

One thing I’ve decided to do also, is work up a load with the LC LR 12 brass. When I get it where I want it, I’m going to load up 6 rounds, each with a different year of LC LR brass. I have 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15. I’m going to record the weights of the brass, and see what kind of group it shoots. Then I’m going to load the same load in my lapua brass, and see what it does. Kinda like a little fun experiment. Ultimately I’m looking for .5MOA accuracy (or better). If I can meet that requirement with the LC brass I’ll be happy. If I can’t I will use different brass. The results are going to be slow going, with my precious little free time. But I will post all my groups and findings on this thread.

40.2gr varget. Shots # 19-21 out of 21 I shot on this target so barel was warm. I had to adjust my scope since I forgot I moved it so when I post the rest of my range results it’ll look f’n crazy. Don’t judge please but these are some sweet ass rounds!
