Dry? Lol what makes you think people use it dry?! They’re handy, portable and do a pretty good job of cleaning

I, too, don’t “break in” a barrel other than shooting it.

I clean mine right out of the box, to get most of the shipping oil, and what knot off of it. As for breakin cleaning, it just a waist of time, bullets, powder, primers. People should just got sight it in and shoot it.

I'm heading to the range tomorrow. Weather was shit yesterday and I'm working today. I'll make sure to post results tomorrow!

Made it to my shooting spot to put some rounds through the new barrel. Not what I'd call a great outing considering I forgot my shooting mat and bags... sighting in at 25yds groupings were awesome. At 100yds I obviously was struggling. I could make excuses but I was not in the game today. The gun ran perfect with the new barrel, I failed on my end. A couple of 5 shot groups and a 10 shot. 50gr Zmax with 25.3gns of H335, CCI #41 and a OAL of 2.240. These results are not typical of the Zmax at all...

    True enough!
I'm going to play around with this load a little and see if I can cater to this new barrel. I'm sure between that and me bringing my "A" game next time the results should be much better! [emoji16]

Most likely so. Then again the new barrel may like something totally different. Mine likes a 55gr bullet. I tried 50gr ones and it looked like I shot the target with a shotgun. Lol
