There is definately a max velocity for pistol bullets. Obviously . . that pertains to huntings terminal velocity only.
Some twist rates for the same chambering is not the same between pistols and rifles also.
The Hornady XTP's will handle any reasonable speed for hunting. As well a few others. Watch out for the Speer brand. I would say call them,but remember,they (and others) are trying to sell their products.
Obviously the solid copper bullets will handle any speed,as most likely the NosPart's will.
Some single shot or bolt guns will shoot the pistol bullets MUCH faster than it was originally intended to be used for.
If I were going to use a 358Yeti for hunting,I would try to use a "mid-weight" bullet anyway. That would bring you into the realm of kill'ability and not just speed or price of bullets. --- SAWMAN
