The quick answer to both questions is yes. HOWEVER, there are risks involved with using primers meant for another purpose. Many have done so, but there are many things to consider and cautionary...

And those 2 powders are hard sought after in my area(OKC) as well as H110. Wish I had some of all 3. BUT, like all of us with the hazardous fee, even if you had primers to trade...the cost is always...
