Messed with it some more, but couldn't get repeatable results. I'm guessing you are correct about the chamber shape. The 7 1/2s are too large for that small hole and the get hung up. Probably work...
Don't know anyone with one of those presses. I'll set it to the side for now. May end up using it in some project down the road. Or give it to someone that recognizes it and can use it.
My issue was being able to find 410 ammo. I've always saved my hulls, so I purchased the 600. I may have more than enough of 12 and 20 gauge to last me 10 years, 16 not so much.
I'll give the timing thing a try. This 600 Jr is much different than the 650 I learned on as a kid. I have one for 12 gauge, and a Lee for 16 and 20.
I know one of the things done back in the day...
I have a brand new 600 Jr for .410. Wanting to load #7 1/2 shot, and can't get a consistent drop. My shot has been stored dry since I moved quite a few years ago, and haven't needed to load any for...
Attached is a picture of an attachment for a reloading press. I'm not sure how it came to be in my possession, but it was either mixed in with some shotshell reloading I got from my father after he...
Also went ahead and filed a complaint with the FTC.
My thoughts exactly. Also, primers listed for $70/1000 LESS than the going prices today.
Not sure where to ask this, but I'll try here first. I found a site selling reloading components and something feels "off". Has anyone heard of gunstorehouse.com ? Tried all he online verification...
Thanks for the info guys. New dies in hand ready to go.
Ken
I searched but did not find an answer to my question.
I'll be reloading .308 for an AR-10, and want to know if full length resizing with standard dies is ok, or would I need to step up to small base...
Thanks, that helps. I have the sizer and the factory crimp die. Still looking through his collection for the seater die. Did find him a Lee .308 factory crimp die in his collection.
I think I get it. I will have to go through my neighbors stuff again. He was given some of this stuff years ago and he does not know what a lot of it is. From what i remember seeing he has 2 of these...
Ok, great. Could you tell me if something, and what is missing?
I was recently given a Lee 30-30 Win 2 die set that are missing some parts. One die appears to be a de-prime/sizer and I do not know what the other die is. It appears to be missing some parts. I have...
Thanks a bunch!
Fortunately I work at home. I am truly retired, unless you count the work I am constantly doing on my home.
Going to have to pass, already have a MEC 650 for 12 gauge. Thanks anyway, it's a good deal.
Howdy neighbor! Just south of Macon off I-75. Very close to the Georgia National Fairgrounds.
Thanks. How much are you asking?
Which conversion kit comes with it? Can't see the whole post I think.
I'm a transplant though, Born and raised in Alabama, but traveled with the Air Force for a little over 27 yrs. Been reloading since about 2003, but been away from it for about 10 since I retired....
