BS, DDS, MAGD Bachelor of Science 1978, Ball State Univ. Muncie Indiana. Graduated Indiana University School of Dentistry (#1 Dental School in the world in 1982) then went on to achieve Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 1998, and finally earned Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry 2015, the highest honor in my profession.
