Loaded rounds with primers not seated all the way

Recently got some 38 special reloads given to me. Just tried shooting some today. Some of the rounds the primers are not seated all the way so that in my SP 101 revolver they won't rotate into firing position. Is there any safe way to fully seat the primer without pulling the charge out of it?

Negative! Too much risk of round going off on you.
