Using 7.61x51 military brass to load .308 question

Gonna load .308 using 7.62x51 military LCLR brass with ramshot tac and 150gr Hornady Fmjbt. Should I load using .308 load data at the lowest and work up? Or should I minus 10% off the lowest to start? Gonna use the load data from ramshot btw. I understand 7.62x51 brass is thicker. Just want to be safe. Thanks guys.

I start at the minimum book data when using military brass and have not had any problems. Some books only back off 4gr from max, other books start farther back. The Hornady manual has a service rifle section with mild loads that has been a good starting point for me.
