    Reloading bench

I am wanting to upgrade my reloading bench. I now have a room all to myself in my house and would like to set it up nicely.
Has anyone used kitchen cabinets for a bench? I am thinking about reinforcing them a little and putting 3/4 plywood or MDF under the countertop to reinforce it. Also a similar setup on the back wall of the room but with overhead cabniets.

Personally I'd mount cabinets under and above a free standing bench. My bench top is mounted to a 2x4 that's screwed to the studs in the wall with 2x4 legs. The top is made of 2 solid core doors

I have been looking for solid doors but haven't found any that aren't drill for knobs or dont have panels set in them.

Check with a maintenance guy at a hospital. The doors are all 3' wide and you can cut out the knob hole.
