    Help identifying projectiles

    Hello everyoune,
My father passed away in July and I found these in one of the boxes that came my way. He had these loaded 30-06 cartridges in a coffee can marked as "steel bullets". He did reload, however I don't believe these are reloads and I intend to pull them down and use the bullets elsewhere. Just wondering if anyone has an opinion as to what projectiles they might be, they weigh 175 grains. TIA.

I forgot to mention that a magnet is not drawn whatsoever to these bullets, so I do not believe there is steel in them.
