The Ruger American uses a barrel nut as well. They make the American in the 300 win mag and 338 win mag. They used to make it in the 7mm mag. They make the RPR in the 300 win mag and 338 Lapua mag. I am hopefully getting a stainless take off barrel from an American in 300 win mag.
