    7mm08 brass question

Hello, just wanted to know if I could resize .243 brass to 7mm08. I know I could do it with.308, but I’d have to turn down the neck. Thanks in advance.

I don’t see a problem with it. I’d run the 243 brass over a 264 expander, then run it through your 7-08 full length die. Just make sure to use plenty of lube.

I have done it by sizing it and by firefoming. Had better results fireforming just make sure you trim to 7mm-08 length first a it is .01 shorter.

Guess I just have too much money.
If I got a 7-08 (other than semi-auto) I would simply buy some once fired brass or even new brass. All I would need is about 75pcs.

Why just dance when you can "rock and roll".

Not about the money, I had no use for 243 cases anymore, so I took something that way of no use to me and turned them into something I could use.
