The shake and bake method can be easy or hard depending on the current weather. A little help is to warm your bullets for about 5 mins in your toaster oven at 150 deg. it will help the powder to stick. The powder coat paint is ment to be applied with an electric current through an spray gun. I came up with a simple tumbler (reclaimed an old tumbler base) and use an electric current with a shaking action. It works, been using it for 3 yrs. Going to make a separate post on the subject.

I had decent luck using my brass dryer to keep the bullets warm when it’s cold. It also helps dry off any mineral spirits that might remain after cleaning them.

Spray them with brake cleaner. It will cut any oils left on them.
