    Issue with 458 socom

I'm having an issue loading my 458 socom with inceptors. When I resize them they chamber however when I load them all the way the wont chamber into my AR. Any suggestions would be awesome.

    Trim to 1.573"?
    OAL 2.142"?
Smut or felt marker the shoulder and adjacent locations, chamber the cartridge, look for marks on the case or "bullet". Usual suspect is near the neck from deformation when seating or crimping. Usually hard to feel, even harder to see without smuting the case.

Its brand new brass from here but the inceptors are actually measuring .460-.461. That maybe my issue

Does it feed other bullet profiles without issue? Socom seems to be somewhat picky about bullet profiles and sizing.

This being the case, you might need to flare the brass to see if it reduces the problem.

Flaring the brass doesn't solve the problem. They wont chamber into the gun. They were molded out of spec and I think the company is sending me new ones. They shouldn't be measuring .460. Luckily they won't chamber or it quite possibly could blow up my gun
