What is everyones deer hunting bullet and why???

I prefer the Ballistic tip and had good luck with the partition as well. SC white tail......shoulder shot at 50 yards and went 10 yards and crumpled. 280 AI ballistic tip.

Dont see an edit option so another post,,,,,,when I use my 30-30 it has 150 grain hornady soft points and H4895. The BT's have stable, accurate flight paths and every now and then actually destroy more meat than I prefer (all my weapons just love em with just about any powder combo)and the partitions are just wicked when they mushroom.

I have 2 depending on where I am hunting. 168gr Nosler Ballistic Tips as they are accurate and have a great reach. Then I have my 125gr Nosler BT in 300BLK which I use on hogs. I see no reason I can't take a deer with one as I have taken 250# plus hogs with them.

I have had good luck with Barnes TSX and TTSX. I dropped a 9 point with a 168gr 30 cal TSX into a 30-06 at 50, and my dad a 9 point with 50gr TTSX in 223 from around 85 yards. Both very clean and quick kills.

I love 150gr SST with H110 for 300blk for whitetail. Going to try the sub x ammo tho this year for subsonic hunting

I like the 180gr rn hornady interlokt or Sierra pro Hunter in the 30-06. I also use the factory Remington core lokt ammo with the 180gr rn.

270 wsm. 140 grain AccuBond. Great ballistics. Great expansion and it holds together awesome! Dialed with the B.O.S.S muzzle break on the Browning. Can't be beat
