I really like the Sierra Pro Hunters, I try others from time to time but Pro Hunters are my go to. They always do the job and seems like they are very easy to work up a good load for.

it all depends on what caliber i decide to shoot that day. I have different hunting setups for almost every gun i have. everything from sierra game kings for my 223, makers 200 subs and nosler green tips for my 300bo, hornady sst's for my 270win, hornady interlock for my M1, barnes ttsx for the 6.5 grendel, hornady monoflex or barnes ttsx for the 458 socom for deer and kak xhp bullets for the hogs, gold dots for the 45LC, barnes tsx for the 762x39.

the reasons i chose these projectiles was my a mix of what my rifles liked along with my personal ballistics gel tests.

NBTs mostly but about any decent jacketed soft point that shoots well out of a particular rifle. Handgun either XTPs or cast.

.308 165 grain Nosler Accubond has worked pretty well for me over the past two seasons. Prior to that I used Nosler Ballistic Tips.

I like Hornady SST & Nosler BT’s for my .06 & Hornady FTX in my 450 Bushmaster. I’m going to try the Barnes this year in 450.

This year I'm gonna tag one with a 9mm carbine, but generally I load up the 62gr Federal fusion soft points with BLC2. For the kid I use 125gr SST in the 300blkout. My woman also hunts with the .223 and is a crack shot so shes using the 62gr as well.
