    I've got a recipe for fried duck breasts, with pictures, as prepping the duck correctly is super important and most people do not do it. This is one of my favorites. Send me your email and request for recipe if you would like it.

    I turn mine into jerky most of the time. It's surprisingly good.

    We deep fry our ducks whole. One of the most delicious thing that Ive ever tasted.

    For you bacon wrapper folks.... a quick tip. Put the bacon in the oven on a flat baking sheet at 400deg for about 8-10 mins to cook it half way first. Then let it finish on the grill. This keeps the meat inside from overcooking. Yum.....
