you trade this off yet? Im in the Galveston area, what rifle powder are you looking for? have plenty of 3031 and 4064
And those 2 powders are hard sought after in my area(OKC) as well as H110. Wish I had some of all 3. BUT, like all of us with the hazardous fee, even if you had primers to trade...the cost is always too high unless you just happen to be in the area.
