This year's pronghorn buck. Not a big buck, 'bout average for the area. The blood you see is the exit wound. Nice clean shot opportunity at about 250 yards. Used my 30-06 Rem 700 CDL, 6x Leupold scope, handloaded 165 gr Nosler Ballistic Tip bullet at over 2900 fps via H4350:

And this year's mule deer buck, taken at about 355 yards with a single 115 gr Nosler Ballistic Tip loaded over Retumbo with my 25-06 Rem 700 CDL & 6x Leupold scope. The two rifles are near twins, and I do most of my hunting with them.

I've seen some great photos here already. Best of luck to all those who are still hunting!

    Guy

Took this Buck this morning on My MD property. I used a 12ga copper solid slug. I enjoy seeing all of your hunting photos so I thought I’d share. Good luck everyone!!
