    Amount times shots fired

In indiana maybe others. If someone brakes in your house if more 2 shots hit him and the die. You can be charged criminally. In Marines your taught shot til they drop. If cops are not above law. When on pcp others they hard to drop. Why can cops empty clip and ok but normal. Only 2 shots

Besides if they walk out the excessive paperwork. And fact they still can sue you. A cousin married a cop. He pulled over car traffic stop. Felon pulled gun. Cop shot. The paperwork and hassle hoops he went threw. When said done he said they told him next time dont wound them when shot at. Less paperwork and back on job faster.

That sucks. Perhaps you could push to have the law changed there? Many states have civil immunity for self defense shootings (contrary to popular belief), so they can not go after you if you were justified in defending yourself.

1- That is an urban legend derived from another story.

2- The original incident occurred in California.

3- Even in liberal Calfiornia, if that were to happen today, Civil Code fn. 1 section 3333.3 would prevent such a lawsuit.

Didn't they tell you in the Marine Corp better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6? One of the first things I was told upon going active and I served in the USAF.
