I donot use any of these types of BBQ's. I cook on the weber with mesquite lump charcoal or a small wood fired pit.

Thank you. I was preparing to cook a benefit for a young couple that had lost their home and all belongings in a fire. Myself and a helper cooked 350 burgers and 300 hot dogs and between that and a raffle we brought in 2700.00 for them. I was glad to be able to help. Makes me proud. I've cooked 4 briskets, 15 racks of ribs, 30 pounds of sausage, and 20 pounds of chicken at one time.
