    Not Wes' service, but...

    I found someone who took lessons from Wes in customer service. Did not expect anything from the company when I contacted them, I only wanted to give them the batch number so they could avoid further issues. This was their response.

    Way to go Wes! Your customer service is wearing off on other businesses!

    I did that with a company once, they sent a reply letter so apologetic that made yours look rude, and about $50 in free coupons....

    The company that I work for now, actually instructs us to purchase anything on store shelves that doesn't meet their standards, and they will reimburse us.

    Yeah, I got kind of a "passive aggressive" feel from the letter, but oh well. It's the gesture that counts.
