Sweet. I stuck one of these one my press and it's working out pretty well. It's really compact, the magnet is strong and it's flexible enough to put it where you want it....
^^^ From Australia?
Thanks, and I'm sure you're right. If it gets to crowded I'll move the bullets, powder and books to a different spot and just save the bench for tools and equipment. I thought it looked a little...
Nice. That bench top looks like it's seen a lot of projects. I love a working bench.
It's coming along. Now I just have to fill those shelves with bullets, powder and primers. Oh and a few more dies and an annealing setup and...

Thanks guys!
I didn't expect to have problems with those primers but you know how it is your first time out. A thousand uncertainties floating around your head, nerves, etc... It all went great though and now I'm...
They all went bang!
Fired these yesterday. They're flat now. :D
Thank you, gentlemen
I noticed that during my 1st reloading session that when I seated primers with my RCBS hand tool that they looked to be a little deep. I'm using once fired Hornady 6.5 Grendel brass and CCI 450...
Very cool. You will find no better group of people than drag racers.
Thanks Eddy. I'm 99% sure that was the problem. I was able to recreate it reliably with undamaged cases before I noticed a small buildup under the extractor on the bolt face. Once I cleaned it the...
Complete newb here so please forgive me if this is a dumb question. I had a situation where some carbon or debris was on my bolt face, not allowing the cartridge case head to sit flat on the bolt. As...
Thanks but my greatest fear was having the router guide move while I was working. I couldn't get over it so I chickened out and drilled the holes.
My first bench is a work in progress. 1st pic is a before and after for the top. I got a 50 year old oak butcher block table top, cut out a damaged section, joined it back together, cut it to size,...
How often do you find yourself changing media?
Looks like PA is well represented here.
I know the brass circulates more with this mod but does it actually reduce tumbling time?
I'm new here and I guess I should look around a little more. I see we have a whole subforum for this stuff.
Thank you sir. Seems like a good group you've got here.
Absolutely Travis, thanks.
Yeah, that was a little tongue in cheek, haha.
Thanks Jeffery. I know the polish really isn't necessary but shiny brass just looks so nice, lol. I'm most concerned with removing lube with that second tumble so I wanted to be sure the polish...
