Any one with carbide cutters should suffice as long as you are careful. Bottleneck cases will need to be trimmed when they approach max length so they will chamber properly.

I also have the Lyman and it's definitely worth it. I got mine about a year ago on sale for $99 at Brownells with free shipping. Look for a sale if you don't need it right away.

What powder do you want to use?
When you figure that out, go on line to the powder manufacturers website and look up the data there. They all have it available.
