I don't have a picture anymore but I had 5 or 6 223 brass that I had swaged with the large primer stuff from my rcbs kit.
It completely reformed the pockets and wasn't much more effort than swaging...
I only use the genuine chore boy scrubbing pads. My local stores carry 2 brands of "copper" scrubbers that are just copper plated steel.

If it shot good with a loose scope it should do good with a properly mounted one. You might have a poi shift.
Remove the expander/decapper rod. Drill the primer slowly, do not put pressure on the drill. Once the primer is pierced squirt some light oil into the hole and wait a few minutes before drilling...
